Meaning
Thus many forms of yajna are spread out in the mouth of Brahman (the Vedas). Know them all to be born of action — knowing this, you shall be liberated.
Understanding
The summary of the yajna catalog: evam bahuvidhah (many forms of) yajna are vitatah (spread out) in the mukhe of Brahman (the 'mouth' of Brahman — meaning the Vedas, the speech of Brahman). Karma-jan viddhi tan sarvan — know them all to be born of karma (action — they are practices, activities). Then: evam jnatva vimokshyase — knowing this (that all these yajnas are forms of action, and properly done they all lead to freedom), you shall be liberated.
