Unswerving devotion to Me through the yoga of non-separation; resort to solitary places; disinterest in the company of people —

Understanding

More qualities of jnana: avyabhicAriNi bhakti mayi (unswerving, unwavering devotion to Me — not straying, not divided). Ananya-yogena (by the yoga of non-separation). Vivikta-desha-sevitvam (resort to/preference for solitary, quiet places — for depth of practice). Aratir jana-samsadi (disinterest in/non-attachment to the crowd, worldly social gatherings). The vivikta-desha is not anti-social but a recognition that contemplative depth requires periods of solitude. The aratir jana-samsadi is freedom from craving social approval and stimulation — not isolation but non-dependence.
