अन्ये च बहवः शूरा मदर्थे त्यक्तजीविताः । नानाशस्त्रप्रहरणाः सर्वे युद्धविशारदाः ॥ ९ ॥
anye ca bahavaḥ śūrā mad-arthe tyakta-jīvitāḥ nānā-śastra-praharaṇāḥ sarve yuddha-viśāradāḥ
Meaning
And there are many other heroes who have risked their lives for my sake, armed with various weapons, all skilled in warfare.
Understanding
Duryodhana acknowledges that beyond the named champions, there are countless other brave warriors who have pledged their lives for him. The phrase 'mad-arthe tyakta-jīvitāḥ' — 'who have given up their lives for my sake' — reveals the personal loyalty these men feel toward Duryodhana. They wield various weapons and are all battle-hardened veterans.
